New Release for Adriana's Cafe

Adriana's Cafe teamed up with Scraps 'N Pieces to create this beautiful collaborative kit - Always in Our Hearts! The kit is an adoption themed kit, but the colors and elements are perfect for just about any picture. I loved with working with both kits by both designers.
