After dinner tonight, Ian came home and pulled out his two very loose teeth. He looks so cute toothless. I love that toothless grin. Good thing tooth fairy has some one dollar bills ;-)

Quick update....
Well, we're two weeks into a new semester. Not much has happened ;-)
We've been having quite the cold spell down here in Georgia. I thought I had moved away from cold. Oh well, at least we only had a dusting of snow. The boys were disappointed that they really couldn't make snowballs. Because of the cold, there was quite a bit of ice on the roads and, in the south, no one really knows how to drive on ice. Department of transportation isn't really prepared either. Luckily it only happens once in a great while. The boys and I did enjoy a snow day last Friday. Cory and I ended up taking the boys to Dave & Buster's for lunch. So much fun to play games all afternoon with no crowds.
Ian lost a tooth today. Says he was eating an apple at school when it happened. He looks so cute toothless. That reminds me, need to make sure and take a picture of him.
I sit here with Sherman curled up on a pillow snuggled up on the couch. Too cute.
Well, that's it for the random update. Tomorrow's Thursday!! Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice are back on, can't wait!

Last Day of Break
Well, here I sit on Sunday night. Tomorrow, I must return to school. I have enjoyed having the last couple of weeks off to celebrate Christmas and New Year's. We did have a nice Christmas. Cory's parents were able to visit us in Georgia for the first time. We enjoyed showing them around to a couple of our favorite places, including Georgia Aquarium.
Cory has been off since before Christmas, so it was nice to spend our evenings together. He wasn't too excited to go back to work tonight.
Well, I hope that the New Year is off to a great start for you. While I don't want to go to work, I am excited to start a new semester with my students.
Have a great week!

Friday Fill-in 1/1/09
1. Last night was spent staying up until 3am ringing in the New Year.
2. I look forward to the blessings in store for us this year.
3. The funniest thing is talking to my sister and making me laugh at what she says most of the time.
4. The start of 2010....so where do we go from here?
5. He said "what are we going to do today?"; she said "put away the Christmas decorations before sitting on laptop and surfing"
6. Ian is always misplacing Spud and Woobie and it's up to us to find it.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to watching Florida lose to Cinncinati, tomorrow my plans include going to Lifetime and grocery shopping, and Sunday, I want to do all the schoolwork I've been putting off for two weeks.

Happy New Year
Well, here we are on the start of a new year. I hope that today has been a nice restful day for you. After ringing in the year by watching episodes of FRIENDS with Cory and scrapbooking, I woke up kinda late this morning. Cory, Alex, and I were up until 3am. Ian was up past midnight, but was asleep by 3am.
Today we spent watching football and finally putting away the Christmas decorations and cleaning out our outside storage to fit all the Christmas decorations.
We enjoyed a nice dinner at Taco Mac, which we hadn't been to for quite some time. The rest of the evening will be spent here surfing on our new laptops (Cory & I) while the boys play one of their many video games that Santa gave them last week.
Happy Friday!!!
